  Everybody at this office is very nice, but it is more like they are just getting people in and out as quickly as possible. It seems you either need surgery or you need physical therapy. There is no concern about a patient in pain other than a shot that lasts a few hours and then send you on your way. What happens when that wears off? Where is the help and concern? That is a band-aid....not a diagnosis. Dr Kubuille is nice, but seems unconcerned unless you need surgery. Dr McPhearson is a quick talker, but is all about injections. Dr Berg is nice, but still, no clear answer as to what is causing pain. Let's just get you into PT....screw your pain, seems to be the fix.

  This place is a joke!! Had my records faxed on one Friday, called Monday & was told I would hear in 72 hours. On Wednesday I called them still not reviewed by Dr. Called Thursday & was told she guaranteed to call me by Friday. At 4 o'clock I called Dimi & was told the Dr had still not reviewed. I don't recommend dealing with this clinic ever. I have DDD but they didn't give a rip!!! Please don't use them!!!! If Dr Cooper doesn't have time to review new patient records he needs to stop accepting them!!! I am mad as heck about this!!! I was crying when I called on Thursday because the pain was so great!!!!
