  WARNING to ALL!!!!! This office will totally mess up your billing and doesn't put any effort in collections, they will send to collections instead of contacting you in any shape or form. It took over a year to get a call back and to get my account corrected because they stopped the auto draft I had authorized the morning of my surgery to pay a total due they provided and then sent the $200 balance to collections instead of calling me and setting up the ACH again! They claimed they had a wrong mailing address in a town I have never lived in, but didn't bother calling me when the statement came back in the mail to them. I know I filled out my name, address, email, cell, and even my mom's contact info on all the forms I had to complete at 5 am the morning of my surgery! So not sure why they couldn't find a way to contact me! Not to mention the 3 separate bills for one surgery, one Fromm surgery center, one from Dr office, and one for the anesthesiaolist. I love my obgyn and all their office people, but the surgery center is rediculous! Not too mention the part of getting yelled at and told they would stop the pain meds in my IV, while they were holding me down as I was waking up from the anesthesia! WTF, an experience I will never forget
