- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Would not recommend her, but would her associate Dr. Wade, especially if you have chronic foot problems. My father and I both see her and she does good work, but she has a poor bedside manner and the rules of her office are awefull. She has an associate in the office with her Dr. Wade. We have had the privilage of seeing him once (with her permission of course). My father has torn his toe nail half off and needs to get in to see her today. She is out of town this week and will not be back until July 12 and they expect him to wait on her. When I took over the conversation with the receptionist I requested for him to see Dr. Wade since he needed to be seen today and she said she must call or email Dr. Smith and get her permission. This is a poor way to run a business. I asked If I may switch my father over to Dr. Wade as his primary Dr and she said that was not allowed. So if you are in the business of looking for a foot Dr, you might want to weigh your options. I am currently looking for a new podiatrist in the Rockwall area as we speak for my father. I understand that this is a competative business, but as a medical professional I believe an associate is there in case of emergencies and for when the other physician is absent, and to wait for a call back with an answer as to if you can or can not see them causes undue anxiety and prolongs the pain the patient is experienceing.June 13, 2017by John clark
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The office and tech staff were very warm & friendly. After reading a couple of the reviews, I admit, I didn't know for certain what to expect. But my experience was wonderful. My appointment was Sept. 17, 2014 & Dr. Smith was very friendly, knowledgeable, & gave me personal attention. Also had a great bedside manner.
